These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer, "you”, or "your") and Super Studio Trading LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Super Studio website superstudiostore.com (the "Site") and any related services or products offered by us (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Account Registration and Use
1.1. Account Creation: To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information up to date.
1.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
1.3. Age Restrictions: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Ordering and Payment
2.1. Product Orders: When you place an order through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. A placed order is a binding sales agreement between the Customer and the Company. When placing a pre- order of a customised product or a made-to-order product, payment must be received by us prior to acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order without an initial payment. The Customer (payee) must retain a copy of transaction.
2.2. Pricing and Payment: All prices for products and services are listed in AED and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept Visa and MasterCard. For made to order goods we accept Visa, MasterCard, credit cards, bank transfer, cheques, and cash. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the total amount for your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Customer is liable to pay VAT charges in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority Rules & Regulations where applicable.
3. Loss and Damage
3.1. Loss and Damage Responsibility: The Company takes great care in packaging and shipping items to ensure their safe delivery to the customer. However, once an item is shipped, the risk of loss or damage becomes the responsibility of the customer. The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items caused during transit or by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, natural disasters, theft, or vandalism.
3.2. Reporting Loss or Damage: Customers are encouraged to inspect items immediately upon receipt and report any loss or damage to the Company within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the claim.
3.3. To report a loss or damage claim, customers must contact our customer service team via supersupport@superstudio.me and provide the following:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
- A detailed description of the issue
4. Investigation and Resolution
4.1. The Company will investigate the reported loss or damage claims promptly upon receipt of all necessary information.
4.2. If the Company finds the claim valid, we may offer one or more of the following solutions at our discretion:
- Replacement of the damaged item
- Refund of the purchase price
- Store credit
4.3. The Company's decision regarding the resolution of loss or damage claims is final.
5. Manufacturer’s Warranties
5.1. One (1) year manufacturer’s warranty is applicable on all products from date of invoice unless stated otherwise. Please note that the warranties given by the manufacturer do not apply to defects that are due to fair wear and tear, accidental damage, or failure by the customer or any third party to adherer to the manufacturer’s company instructions or written recommendations. Minor changes can occur in shape or colour depending on the material the good is made of or design of the good. The Customer hereby acknowledges that Super Studio is in no manner or whatsoever liable for those changes, or the quality, the description of the goods or otherwise. Any modifications made to the products/goods bay the client will void the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer and Super Studio will have no liability to the Customer or any third party if the Customer does not comply in all respects with the manufacturer’s company instructions in relation to the goods/products.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Ownership: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Super Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Services without our written consent.
7. Privacy Policy: Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
9. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Super Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
11. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Language: This Agreement is written and executed in the English language. Any translation into any other language shall not be an official version of this Agreement and in the event of any conflict in interpretation between the English version and such translation, the English version shall prevail.
