1. Order Delivery


Super Studio delivers across UAE only, with the delivery methods outlined below. We’re constantly striving to improve your experience and are working on introducing more delivery methods across our channels. Kindly continue checking back for any updates. Deliveries take place between 9am- 6pm. The following options are available for delivery once order is confirmed and payment has been processed.

Orders placed outside of working hours (9am-6pm), after the cut-off time and/or during any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the Order's submission. Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season and public holidays.

2. Pre-Order Delivery The above table of delivery times does not apply to Pre-Orders. Your item will be shipped according to the expected release date, as indicated on the product page of the item.

3. Shipping At checkout, you may be presented with different shipping methods based on your selection. Shipping rates will vary based on the order size, delivery location, and shipment method selected. For In Stock items, we ship with DHL or Super Studio Logistics team. For Made to Order Items, we ship with either DHL or one of our freight forwarding partners. All our shipments are always fully insured.

4. Installation The purchase price excludes installation/assembly. Please note replacement bulbs should be in accordance with recommendations in the product instructions.

5. Delivery and Storage

5.1. Delivery: Delivery times vary from product to product. Delivery time is determined by the availability of the product and order destination. We reserve the right to deliver different products placed as part of one order separately based on availability.

5.2. Dispatch: Purchased items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days from the order date. Service provider shall not be liable for delays in performing or failure to perform these Terms or any obligations hereunder, which are directly attributable to causes beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including, but not limited to, acts of God, fires, strikes, labour, disputes, war, acts or intervention by any governmental authority, failure of a common carrier, supplier, hardware, software, browser, or communications equipment, or network failure, congestion, or malfunction.

6. General Delivery Conditions Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only and are not completely guaranteed. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement. Orders are delivered daily during business days (Monday - Friday) excluding UAE public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries. In the event that access is not possible, you will be liable to secure a solution and any additional charges which may be applicable. You are responsible to provide the necessary tools (forklift, trolley, labor etc.) to offload and deliver to site. Delivery to sites/locations that are deemed not accessible by normal means, Customer is responsible to find an alternative delivery method and will be subject to pay additional charges that may be applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Extent of Liability: the Company, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our site, and/or our products, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

7.2. Maximum Liability: In no event shall the Company's total liability to the Customer for all claims, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or any other theory of liability, exceed the total purchase price paid by the Customer for the specific furniture product giving rise to the claim.

8. Force Majeure Company shall not be deemed in default of its contractual obligations if its performance is delayed or prevented by reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, terrorism, civil commotion, government regulations, natural disasters, labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, shortages of materials, or any other cause beyond the control of the Company. In case of Force majeure, the company has the right to terminate the order.
