If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a comprehensive refund and return policy, as per the terms and conditions below, to ensure your peace of mind. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when seeking a refund or returning an item.

1. Returns and Exchanges:

1.1. You may return or exchange items purchased from Super Studio within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

1.2. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at supersupport@superstudio.me to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of the original receipt, packing slip and the RA number.
  3. Ship or return the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

2. Eligibility:

2.1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. 3. Non-Eligible Items:

3.1. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Made to order goods
  • Gift cards

4. Refunds:

4.1. We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide store credit for the value of the returned item, minus any applicable fees, VAT and transportation charges if applicable.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

5.1. If you are returning an item due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the claim. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable, and we will cover any return shipping costs in such cases.

7. Cancellation of Orders:

7.1. You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item minus any applicable fees and VAT charges if applicable. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not applicable.
